By registering an account or submitting a listing on Alipur Chattha Estates, you agree to the following terms.
1. Accurate listings
You confirm that you own, or are authorised to sell, any property you list, and that the price, description, photos, and video you submit are accurate and not misleading.
2. Content you upload
You may upload up to 5 photographs and one short video (about 30 seconds) per listing. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove any listing or media that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or violates these terms.
3. Admin approval
All listings are reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, or request changes to any listing at our sole discretion, and reserve the right to remove any listing at any time.
4. Enquiries and no guarantee of sale
All buyer enquiries are directed to our office WhatsApp/call number, 0300-0779014. We facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers but do not guarantee any sale, valuation, or the completion of any transaction, and we are not a party to any agreement between buyer and seller.
5. No warranty
The website is provided “as is”. We do our best to review listings but do not independently verify land titles, ownership documents, or legal status of any property — buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before making payment.
6. Account suspension
We may suspend or remove any account that submits false information, fraudulent listings, or misuses the platform.
